The Research And Countermeasures On The Condition Of The Hospital Information Security In Siping Area

Objective:With the rapid development of hospital information, hospital information security management problem has been widespread concern, therefore,how to strengthen the health care organization’s information security management system to improve medical institutions become the key information.The study investigate the information security situation of the Siping area hospitals.Then we study the main problem of Siping area hospitals information security,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Method:The study choose the second class public hospitals in the Siping regional for a specific research object. During the research for this article, we use a questionnaire survey method, conducted a questionnaire survey the status quo from four aspects of information technology, application of safety equipment, safety management organization and safety management system.Results:The results of the survey showed that the current Siping area hospitals has a big problem in the information security management, which is mainly manifested in less information security device applications, security management organization system and management system is imperfect, the lack of security management effectiveness of supervision and feedback and other issues. The results of interview showed that Siping area hospitals has an ineffectiveness security governance mechanism, a large gap between the management system and the actual demand, a weak information security risk control system, an ineffective management system and a lack of outsourcing Problems and specialized personnel training mechanism. Siping area of information security mainly by hospital building awareness of information security risks, the impact of scientific and technological safety management system and safety management system and other risk factors.Conclusions:Through this study,we found that the Siping regional hospitals needto establish the safety management organization system and management system,to strengthen the supervision and feedback of the safety management effects,to strengthen the effect of the information security governance mechanism,to close the gap between management system and the actual demand, to strengthen the construction of the information security control system,to establish the effective outsourcing management system and the professional talent training mechanism.
