| For the traditional field management, based on these facts:field workers cannot communicate with each other very smoothly, field data cannot be acquired on time while manager cannot monitor field staffs work at any time and at the same time, application and approval cannot be done in time. Thus, the management of field staffs is of low efficiency. In order to better meet the demands of enterprises to manage the out staff and improve the efficiency of field staff’s work, this paper presents a mobile business management application system. Field staff feedbacks the information throw mobile terminals to solve the problems encountered of field staff management.Mobile field personnel management application system is an enterprises and institutions commissioned program. This thesis mainly designs and implements the management subsystem, which consists of private chat module, program management module and application-approval module.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the significance of mobile management application system in enterprise management, describes related the technology to system development, analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of relative applications in the market. Secondly, we put forward the target system designed for mobile field service management applications, elaborate the general function architecture, and the divide the project management subsystem into three modules, namely private chat, project management subsystem into three modules, namely private chat, project management and application approval by analyzing the demand of market and users, aiming at the problems in current management for field personnel. Then we describe the specific implement of private chat, project management and application approval in the project management subsystem according to the design of system functions and logical architecture, and asynchronous loading pictures in each module. Besides, database access, network request and exception reporting is realized as a public module, in order to make it easier to maintain and expand. Finally, we conduct functional testing and performance testing on the project management subsystem. Testing results show that the subsystem successfully realizes the private chat function, project management function and application-approval function, meanwhile, the system resource consumption is within the normal range. |
