| In recent years, with the number of college graduates increased gradually, the problem of employment of graduates has become a common dilemma serious problem of various types of colleges and universities. To some extent, we see kinds of graduates from one university cannot receive a good offer, but the enterprises are also facing labor shortage. For the university management staff, how to set up a targeted and effective employment service platform to solve the difficult problem of employment is a challenging problem.Employment information management system in university is born in this environment, the university employment information management platform can provide a platform for the service model, and also can provide direct face-to-face communication platform for enterprises and art school graduates, which can make the market demand for the first time arrive at the front of college job seekers, but can also transmit talent information to the needs of the market. This topic is based on ASP.net and SQL Server technology, MVC three layer framework concepts which can construct a complete set of art school employment information management system. Provide one-stop platform for college graduates and enterprise customers. During this design work, my main work are: 1. Doing Requirements Analysis and give a report; 2. Based on the requirements report and the system user classification to design the system’s architecture; 3. System detail design, include the flow design and database design; 4. Implementation and system test.This topic provides an MVC-based employment information management system implementations, through the system can effectively improve secondary vocational college graduates job search efficiency, but also can effectively alleviate the labor shortage phenomenon employment business.
