| As the fast development of computer technology and network technology, especially the broad using of Internet in all around world, E-Governance has been regarded as top one of 5 applications of “information high-wayâ€(E-Governance, E-business, Remote Education, Remote Surgery and E-amusement) by Economic and Social Affair Department of UN.As the biggest owner, applicator, producer, user and deliverer of social information resource, the government is facing an unprecedented chance. However, when the constructions of e-government are developing like a raging fire at China’s big cities and the developed littoral areas, the construction of e-government in villages and towns is very backward.Firstly, this thesis based on the in-depth analysis of the research status of domestic E-government system, analyzes the problems of the overall level is not high, information resource is not enough, information sharing difficulty, which are existing currently in the construction of domestic E-government. Secondly, make demand analysis of the system according to the basic situation of Xiagang Town. Then discuss the key technologies of e-government systems, and the characteristics of various technologies. Based on the actual situation, eleven modules containing community survey, interactive communication, Data management, organization framework, administrative affairs, community economic, community service, community order, supply/demand release and map service were designed in the database following the principles of practicality, advanced and reliability. The data collected before was put into two categories, including geographic information data and non-spatial data, to make demand. And the database was designed to store the data which was produced during system working. Finally, taking users’ characteristic into full consideration and basing on the principles of low-cost, open, easy-to-use, safety and stability, the system was established with advanced technique such as the B/S three-layer structure, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET. The application of the system made government work more open and transparent, and established a communication platform. |
