In the application of modern hydraulic technology, the situation of requiring two or more actuators synchronous sports often occurs. In the movement process, because of the differences of loading, frictional resistance, leakage, manufacturing accuracy and structural deformation, to ensure the same velocity and the same displacement, namely synchronous sports, we have to take necessary measures to implementation. Roll trigger is the typical equipment using synchronous movement device, with the development of aerospace industry, military industry, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical industry, pressure vessel, metallurgy, construction machinery, metal components, the demand of roll trigger is increasing, and rolled plate precision is higher and higher, so the studying of hydraulic sync, and putting forward reasonable solution have very good theoretical significance and practical value.According to the synchronous movement request about the left or right sides hydraulic cylinder in the three roller plate coiling of level adjust below, this paper study mainly from the following several aspects:First, introduces the concept of hydraulic system and classification in the hydraulic roll trigger combined with the development of roll trigger, giving some different control strategies about hydraulic sync system focusing on the closed loop way. Analyzes the development trend about the hydraulic sync system, toward the automatic, intelligent and high precision.Second, analyzing the mechanical structure, working principle and working process about the WS11K-100 * 3200 type roll trigger, according to the influence of trigger coil’s movement to the products, puts forward the importance of hydraulic synchronous control. Analyzing the control pattern and existing problems in this equipment.Third, according to the existing problems in the hydraulic system, servo technology is introduced to the hydraulic synchronous control system; the principle of hydraulic servo system, and the typical applications is expounded, and analyses the multi-cylinder synchronization movement control way using the servo technology, putting forward the way of "closed loop compensation strategy" based on master-slave way; In order to facilitate research, mathematic model of the system is established.Forth, putting forward a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller based on PID controller to sole the system problem about nonlinear, changeable, existing control dead zone and so on, bring the fuzzy control into the hydraulic control system. Make use of MATLAB established a fuzzy PID controller, with the aid of the simulation software to verified the effect about the synchronous hydraulic servo system. And the result shows that this system has a big advantage in the tracking performance, anti-interference, and stability.Last, designing fuzzy PID control algorithm based on SIMATIC S7-200 PLC for the improved control system in WS11K-200/300 * 3200 roll trigger to, including how to establish fuzzy control table in PLC memory, and the query algorithm:Base address + Offset address, and gives the flowing chart about the program designing.The study of roll trigger synchronous hydraulic servo system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller has larger theoretic value and practical significance, it can raise the precision and efficiency in production, strengthen product competitiveness in the industry.
