| This article proposes emergency operation and management system of mobile communications network. It is based on application requirements of emergency communications guarantees of Shaanxi Mobile. It focuses on importance of emergency communications to realize fast and efficient emergency resources operation, aiming not to affect business or to recover business fast. The system is based on the Technological Specifications of Emergency Operation and Management of China Mobile, combining characteristics of core switching network, complying with informational planning and construction standards of company. It utilizes current voice network management system, realizes electronic, simplified and intelligent Red Orange Yellow Blue Emergency Plan and guarantees fast and efficient emergency operation of network.This article mainly focuses on the development of emergency operation and management system of mobile communications network. It realizes one-step implementation and reversion of emergency operation during high traffic volume through requirement analysis, whole design and detailed design. The construction of system also specifies future direction of emergency operation of Shaanxi Mobile.The system utilizes object oriented software design with MVC frame developing mode and utilizes VS.NET2008 to develop Web Application. It utilizes Informix as data base and acquires network element sheet form resource base. It regularly updates resources and states of switches, such as in construction, in use and out of use, by utilizing storage process of Informix and sh script of unix of state of current network. The operation of network elements is realized and encapsulated through unified order platform of supporting system of Shaanxi Mobile. The platform can also provide interfaces of outer network elements connection, implementation and shutting down. The system realizes automatic generation of scripts of Orange Yellow Blue Emergency Plan, one-step implementation for multiple network elements, log inquiry, inquiry of emergency parameters of mobile equipments and so on. Meantime, the system applies modularized design and can develop disaster tolerance reversion, routing adjustment module and so on according to emergency plan. The system satisfies emergency requirements and achieves the goal through systematical tests and implementation in current network. |
