Spaceport staff must carry on the test equipment management, and the traditional paper records management way needs lots of staff to write and record the basic information of equipment, and besides the basic information, we need to records detailed the lend, use, repair information of each equipment, which greatly reduce the working efficiency and technology development speed. In order to manage all the test equipment of spaceflight launch site more reasonably, more quickly and more accurately, to save staff and time, to make sure the accurate result of query and statistics operations and to implement the safe and stable data storage and high efficient data passing, we need to design and realize a new space launch site testing equipment management system basing on the situation of space launch site.During the preparing research process, this system through looking up information at home and abroad for reference and combining the requirements of all indicators of data management and functional operations decides to adopt B/S framework to develop. Through the combination of brows client and server, users don’t need to install any software. In addition, in the aspect of data calls and function control, we used MVC framework and SSH framework to design the view, model and controller, and used Java language to code. SSH framework realizes the calls between database, front web page and background classes through Struts2, Spring and Hibernate, and realizes the logic jump of pages and operations.This system realized equipment purchase management, equipment account management, equipment use management, equipment maintenance management and system management functions. The equipment purchase management function has realized the supplier management, purchase applications, equipment acceptance management, and other operations. Equipment account management function mainly maintains the basic information of the data in the system equipment and basic operation, and it implements the account management, equipment inventory, scrapping account and apply. Equipment use management implements the recipients, using records management and equipment lend. Equipment maintenance management function achieves the equipment management and maintenance schedule maintenance machine account management. System management function is executed by the system’s administrator for information management of maintenance, the main implementation includes personnel management, role management and system operation control.After the operation of this system, we can manage the testing equipment in spaceport more effectively, more reasonably, more accurately and more rapidly. What’s more, we can save more staff and time and ensure the accuracy of data query and statistics, and realize safe and stable data storage as well as high efficient data transformation. Through the information management we can improve the work efficiency, increase work performance and reduce work time, which can be useful for the development of technology.
