As an important economic support and the important way for people to relax, tourism has been developed rapidly with wider market prospect in recent years. But along with the upsurge in tourists, the requirements to improve the service level and the sustainable development, the scenic informationization has been set a higher demand. Therefore the location service involving navigation, mobile internet and cloud compution has been applied in tourism, namely Intelligent Tourism, which significantly enhance the tourist service, refined management and emergency processing program. The thesis gives a thorough study on Jiuzhaigou from the viewpoint of Intelligent Tourism and proposes a location based scenic Intelligent Management System.On the basis of the full research in terms of strengthening management by using modern information technology of Jiuzhaigou Valley Authority, the paper gives a management system used for scenic position service, management and Search & Rescue, which involves Beidou navigation, Compass short message communication, Pseudo satellite technology, CORS high precision positioning, RFID, 3G mobile communication and intelligent location services. The system gives an effective solutions for designation of data exchange protocol, real-time data processing and high-speed data storage which is based on C/S framework and exploitation of terminal server software, and also it can accommodate 50,000 terminals for real-time location search, groups location search, historical location search, personalized information pushing and 3G/RDSS communication access and so on. The specified contents are as follows:1) The thesis is based on XML protocol and gives a detailed designation of extensible information exchange protocol between background service and terminal server which implements the information exchange and supports the normal system operation.2) For the two terminal program: historical location search and real-time location search, a real-time data processing program is designed. The improved scheme stores the real-time data in cache memory and then divides and regroups the buffer data based on region, and by this way multiple classic location search systems are accomplished such as terminal location search, area search and neighbor search.3) On the basis of database management system, high-speed historical data access is accomplished through rational designing the database table. Through the analysis of data characteristic of SQL Server 2008 R2 database management system, the high-speed data storage is designed; By means of horizontal partitioning database table, the searching efficiency of historical data is improved; In addition the assurance of data consistency is transferred to application layer, and by this way the checking complexity of data integrity is diminished and the operating efficiency is enhanced furthermore.Finally, in connection with practical application, the hardware and software are updated in Jiuzhaigou which makes the system applied effectively in tourist location service, scenic intelligent management and emergency treatment program.
