Nowadays Information Technology has been in fast development, especially including mobile communication platform and wireless network technology. As mobile phone industry developed rapidly, the emergence of cellphone Apps is very common. College students are the main groups of using these kinds of apps. They want to solve their problems in college life through the technology. That’s the reason why we develop the campus management app.This thesis is provoked by the actual requirement of students management in Shijiazhuang Medical College. We have confirmed the campus management app plan which based on android system after the survey of the student in this college and student out the campus, and made the demand analysis. Course-ware downloading, course selection, score retrieving, campus information release, meals on wheels and other functions are present by this software. And it relieves the workload of teachers at the same time. Android is used as the framework, using JAVA as development language of system and MYSQL as database, the client interface is designed by using some related components. It elaborates the designing and implementation of campus management. The C/S structure of the software can update the students personal information, grade, course information and menus that stored in a server-side. The Android phones are designed to be the client, meanwhile, the user can get information by query, and then manage to select course, download course-ware, reserve dining and so on through the relative operations. This design discuss the problem of the data security and work out the available plan.The app which is easy for operation could make people deal with their problem at any time and any place. This app is optimistic in outlook. The new college students whose popularity will increase every year are the most advantage people. The administrators in college are beneficiaries as well.
