The financial management is the basement of the enterprise management and the central part of the enterprise internal management. The financial management is regarded as the center of the enterprise management, while the capital management is the center of the financial management.In order to obtain useful economic management information, we need to make collection, classification, induction and statistics of the original financial data with accounting,which plays a key role in the development of the enterprise,especially in the 21th century features in the high speed development of the internet economy.Nowadays,the old financial management system has been attacked by the coming of the new era,which urges the transformation of the financial management system. The questions on how to make full of the vast resources and the convenient and fast communications, and create suitable financial management system for the enterprise itself are significant problems that these enterprises are facing with.Consequently, the founding of the efficient,safe,applicable and the cross-platform financial management system has much sense. This paper that follows analyzes the financial management system of Housing subsidies designed by Jinan railway administration who combines the actual demands with thoughts of the financial management.First of all,the aim of Worker housing subsidy system has been decided on the basement of the discussion of the development background and project description in this paper.With which,this paper analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of this system by using case diagram and flowchart.Secondly, based on the system requirements analysis, management of employee housing subsidy system architecture design. First, the analysis of the overall system architecture, based on a detailed description of the hierarchy of B/S architecture, and then were the physical architecture and logical architecture employee housing subsidy management system is designed. During the architecture design, fully consider the maintainability, scalability problems of the system. Finally, the employee housing subsidy management system functions to analyze, discuss the function of the system consisting of various modules to complete the functional architecture.Again, detailed design and implementation of employee housing subsidy management system based on requirements analysis and system architecture. Use UML modeling language for staff housing management function modules detailed design and database design. In this section, mainly through UML activity diagram, sequence diagram and flowchart describing the design of the functional modules. And details of the calculation of interest, the use of model and defined data indicators achieve dynamic management and presentation of the report. On the basis of the detailed design of the system, describes the implementation of each function.Then, on the basis of system implementation, system testing of the system, and analyzes the environment and system testing program, describes the process and the results of system testing. And test results are analyzed, and presented improvement program for the problems.Finally, the application of employee housing subsidy management system is briefly introduced, and raises further improvements and optimization.In summary, based on the combination of the actual needs of the Jinan Railway Bureau, this paper designed and implemented employee housing subsidy management system, has been able to successfully run and achieve the desired development goals after the test.
