The Applied Research Of The Project Management In Information Security Services Project

The concept of information security services along with the development of the Internet was introduced into the domestic market in the 1990s, which is not recognized in the industry gradually and gets a blowout until nearly 5 years. But compared to the IT industry and information system integration, information security services is an emerging industry, which did not form a complete set of system or effective project management methods at present, and eventually lead to a lot of information security service scope of the project requirement changes frequently, budget overruns, serious problems such as the timeline is out of control, the project management level of the industry remains to be improved.In this paper, based on the author’s years of project management practices and information security services for the object to explore and practice. The Research contents include:through the information security services common problem in project implementation and its solutions, Demand from the scope of the project management, project communication mechanism design, implementation, team building, project management organization structure design, the project schedule tracking mechanism, the project management system, appraisal system, staff incentive system to perfect the relevant stakeholders and the project has specific aspects.Through the practice, author worked out a set of project management methods and measures of the service provider of information security best practices. And stand in the perspective of enterprise management, use project management theory knowledge and combined with the characteristics of information security services has developed a set of effective standards and solution, in the information security service project scope is not clear, difficult to control the progress of the project, implementation of the personnel flow and quick, project implementation required resources to conflict information security services project management difficulties. The research and application of practice, can provide practical suggestions and ideas of enlightenment for domestic information security service provider in information security services project management and company management.
