Abstract/Summary:
With the development of sensor technology, the wireless sensor network technology has been applied to many fields, such as military defense, health, environment detection and rescue. In many applications, the sensors achieve the information which relates to the location of the nodes themself. Therefore, the localization technology of sensor network is becoming more and more attention. In allusion to the error of DV-Hop algorithm, using three localization algorithm which includes the error correction, the optimized particle swarm(pso) and the ant colony algorithm(aco) fuses optimized particle swarm(ac-pso) to optimize the original DV-Hop localization algorithm, in order to improve its localization accuracy, the main research results as follows:In allusion to DV-Hop algorithm estimates each jump distance to produce many errors, using the error correction method to calculate the actual distance and estimate distance of the anchor nodes and make the errors minimize, at the same time, bring in the weighting factor to make the each jump distance in DV-Hop algorithm accurately. However, the errors of unknown nodes’ coordinates are affected by the calculation of the estimate distance, In allusion to the larger deviation of coordinates, to bring in pso algorithm, optimizing the original pso algorithm through the learning factor and inertia weight. Among them, the learning factor strengthens the diversity of population selection at the early stage, the weight can better control the speed of particle swarm, the method improves the performance of the original pso algorithm greatly. On the basis of the original, fusing the ant colony algorithm, aco can optimize the route measurements. Then, optimization the coordinates of the unknown nodes through the pso’ iteration, improve the localization accuracy extently.Finally, through simulation experiment, this paper analyses the performance of the improved algorithms. Under the three different conditions includes the unknown node number, number of anchor nodes, the anchor node communication radius. the original DV-Hop is compared with new algorithm. The laboratory result show that the new algorithm has a higher localization accuracy.
