With increasingly competitive in the medical industry, the hospital information construction has become the key problems for the development of modern hospital. The traditional hospital management mode has often appeared to remember less or more and not be easy to audit, etc. Medical management also can’t be accurate drug delivery of cargo from storage, and also can’t do the inventory management. Hospital information system(HIS) contains Management Information system and Clinical Information System. HIS makes full use of the advantage of network information processing, to handle the data management and storage of hospital. In the second HuaXi hospital, through the hospital information management system to realize the hospital management, operation, and combined with the hospital management, promote hospital characteristics. Through the analysis of investigation, analysis in IT project’s each stage of life cycle, and find out influence the IT benefits are eight inner ones and six eternal causes.This paper discusses HIS analysis and design. Specifically the definition of HIS, the present situation and development trend, expressed the design idea, principle and function. Using UML, the traditional life cycle is divided into five stages, consider the current situation and serious data discarded, especially increased selection stage. Mainly in the data transplantation, manufacturers choose. As the above-analyzed results of practical application, point to the IT project life cycle, put forward and set up various stages based on the influence factors of risk prevention system, and puts forward the innovative significance of risk control measures.To meet the needs of the Customer Information Management platform-- "CDMS platform"(C- Customer, D- DataStructure, M- Module, S- SubSystem). System for C/S mode, "CDMS platform " can manage the target, function, performance, size and the resources required for the deep resource management. Based on customer demand, the system was divided into the basic function module, and then through the UML interface, data flow, operation flow, function, etc., finish the module design. Platform provides the simulation test environment, can simulate the more truly. "CDMS platform" use "transparent design" concept, use standardized pattern design.According to different risk forms, different stages to set up information platform based on risk control system. Effectively improve the efficiency of hospital informatization.
