For enterprises, the higher the production efficiency, the higher the cost, the higher the competitiveness, especially the production enterprises. At present, many enterprises still adopt the traditional mode to manage the production process, which is not conducive to improving the productivity, which is not conducive to the development of enterprises in the future. In this context, it is necessary for enterprises to change the existing mode, and to promote the production management of business information technology has become an effective measure, which leads to the introduction of the production management system of information management system.The basis for the application of automotive trim production information management system, requirement analysis, system architecture and the design and implementation of were discussed in detail, at the same time, the system design and implementation of the key technologies are studied, including the J2 EE technology, C / S mode and SQL Server2005 database. In the demand analysis, the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are determined, and the system can be divided into five parts, such as purchasing management, production management, inventory management, sales management and system management. Following this system, we carry out a detailed design by considering the overall design, module design, database design, security design, and other aspects of this system. Based on the design scheme, the realization of the system function is accomplished. Finally, by using the tests in connection with the function, the performance and the security, it shows that the system satisfies the design requirements.Up to now, it is well known that the production information management system has been deployed to auto decoration enterprise. After a period of time of operation, system is running stable, meets the requirements of the automotive trim enterprise application, and improves the level of production management. This shows that the system has good practical significance and realistic significance.
