The Design And Implementation Of A Web-Based Professional Meteorological Service System

Vocational training management is an important part in the response and effect of daily teaching and management, and the construction of teaching staff, which are partici pated by skills training institutions and Employment Bureau. Therefore, to build a webbased vocational training management system will play a key role in improving the wor k efficiency and management level, and standardizing and promoting the process of info rmatization of vocational training management.In this thesis, the design and realization of the system is elaborated from some aspects, such as analysis, design, code, and test, through the thought of software engineering. The system includes: the sub-system of front-office transaction, the sub-system of inquiries, statistics, and analysis, and the sub-system of back-office management. The system uses the B/S structure, the MVC mode, the SSH(Struts, Spring, Hibernate) framework technology of JavaEE, the Apache Tomcat service container, the Oracle database, and the JavaScript technological framework for front-end page processing and developing.The system uses the transaction mode of “acceptance at front-office and review at back-office”, integrates the management of archives, realizes the separation of acceptance from review of transactions, and integrates the technology of workflow engine to optimize the transaction and management. This topic has been completed and optimized for the practical application in Chengdu Employment Bureau and Information Center. The test and trial-run of the system has indicated the full functionality, the legitimacy and accuracy of data operation, and the system running smooth to achieve the expected effect. Otherwise, the system processes data relatively fast, and is convenient for maintenance. The system has user-friendly graphic interface and reasonable layout to meet the requirement of user-experience.
