With the rapid development of Internet of Thing, the data sources are variable and the data quantity are bigger and bigger. It becomes more and more difficult to acquire useful information in huge database.So,The analysis of semantic are more and more important.It can improve administrator’s work efficiency and help them make quick and right decisions to effectively analyze the semantic of the IOT’s data. So,it is necessary to study the analysis method and technology of semantics.Complex event processing is an important technology in the application of RFID.However, there are many challenges in the filed of CEP which is used int the RFID IOT,such as model technique,the CEP analyzing technology. Considering of the problem,this paper proposes an analysis method of the Semantics.The method is based on the translation technology about the compiler principle.In this method,it defines the inherited attributes and synthesized attributes of events.Besides,it defines three patterns according to the relations of events and proposes the algorithm of semantics’ analysis.Finally,it parses some valuable semantics according the algorithm.The method was proved by experiments to be effective.At the same time,in order to prove the practicability of the method,the author designs the semantic system, proposes the application scene and test the functions.
