Implementing A New Air Marshals Integrated Network Management System

The network management system is a very mature and popular system in the current network. Basically in every company, regardless of the size, all own operation and maintenance department. The larger the company, the more massive the system, the more complex operation and maintenance work. But when the companies which reaches a certain extent, divided into different branches, or some of the departments are isolated out, then it needs the second level of operations organization. This paper focus on researching an suitable network management for a second level maintenance department, its focus is not dealing with complex tasks, but rather focuses on the realization of monitoring, alarm, intelligent classification process and other aspects of the work to innovate and improve, to adapt to our jobs. The characteristics of this system is suitable for the secondary network sector, the professional requirements of network managers is low, the requirement for the system self-monitoring, fault alarm, automatic fault handling capabilities for high speed troubleshooting is high.There are three meanings for establishing of an integrated network operation and management system for our air marshals: First, this network management in the paper which based on a ordinary network management, is added monitoring function for intelligent platform and application system which realize the operation of network devices, servers, databases, application systems, intelligent platform for real-time monitoring; second is to increase two-way alarm, so that the superior technical departments and subordinate departments could both found the failure of the system and reduce losses; third is to increase the intelligent processing function so that the second level administrative department may solve the small problem by themself or at least make a pretreatment, and also benefit for higher authorities to deal with the major problems more professional and targeted.
