| At present, the economic structure and industrial structure has been adjusting and changing and the tax structure gradually becomes diversified and complicated. The following phenomena of this are the lower efficiency of tax source management and the higher cost of tax source management. So the old tax source management concept and management mode is difficult to adapt to the current tax source management. The upgrading of tax source management system using the computer information technology can effectively solve the above problems. It is first selected scheme to update the management system, improve the management level of the tax system.In this paper, we design and implement the tax source management of real estate project management system. According to the special needs of the tax system, we choose to use the C/S architecture due to its high security. After the detailed analysis of the tax source management of real estate projects demand, real estate registration management, reporting collection, invoice management, real estate management authority transfer query statistics, system maintenance, warning, online reporting and other functional modules are realized. The research content of this paper can be divided into three parts:The first part of this paper described the background and development of tax source management of real estate projects situation, the main implementation methods of tax information system in the world and the content and organization structure of this paper.The second part of this paper carried out a detailed requirements analysis of the tax source management real estate business, designed the overall framework of the whole system according to the requirement and designed the specific function of each module.At last, the realization of each function in the whole system is described, system specific operation environment and operation interface are presented. According to the results of black box testing of the management system, the performance of the system, functions and other aspects of the performance have reached our initial requirements. |
