With the development of communication technology and popularity of smart phones, as new payment service, the mobile payment has become a trend in the field of electronic commerce. The mobile payment not only has the advantage of user experience and application effects, but also can solve the problems which traditional payment can not deal with. Moreover, the efficiency of business processing is significantly improved. In order to take up the priority in the field of mobile payment, communication operator and financial institution both devote to speeding up the strategic layout. In addition, there are still many problems for the mobile payment, including the payment mode, security, software and hardware facilities. How to use the network technology and services and to improve the competitiveness is a problem worthy of study for telecom operators in the condition of rapid development of mobile payment and intense competition.In view of the above problems, in this paper, on the basis of domestic and international research status, the existing hardware and software of the enterprises are used. Through the comprehensive analysis of system, we take the mobile payment service of one telecom operaor as subject investigated, and analyze the problem of system including software and hardware. Moreover, the capacity of the system is proposed based on the analysis of system overall architecture, functional architecture and use case. The capacity scheme mainly includes the construction of system platform, hardware and software of system, and system security.The work of the thesis primarily divides into the following aspects:(1) We research the background of mobile payment and analyze domestic and international research status. The existing problems are also illustrated. The significance of the research is clarified.(2) We present the requirement analysis of mobile payment for one telecom operator. According to the development of mobile payment platform, the pattern of payment is emphatically analyzed. Moreover, two aspects of business and hardware of system are analyzed in detail. The system architecture of mobile payment platform and functional architecture are analyzed. The use case diagram of main function modules are presented. Besides, the structure of system database is also described.(3) Facing the existing problems of system, we develop the capacity expansion of system including the construction of system overall architecture and hardware and software, and the construction of system security. Furthermore, the main performance of capacity expansion system is tested which includes user registration testing, mobile payment testing, performance testing and system interface testing.The proposed scheme of capacity expansion of system can not only solve some problems existed for the mobile payment platform, and satisfy the demands of mobile payment business, but also improve the system security and carrying capacity of system. The work of this paper can provide a certain referenced value for the development of mobile payment services and construction.
