The Design And Implementation Of The Server Room Remote Monitoring And Safety Warning Platform Based On Web

The application software has been promoted with the rapid development of computer technology. As the number and scale increased, there is a huge demand on the number and quality of servers. As a result, lots of server rooms have been built and the number and performance of servers increased which in turn have a new demand on the performance of server room. How to monitor the working mode of server room and servers is the major problem many enterprises which have large amount of servers have to face.Lang Chao group is a business server manufacturer and it is also a provider for server room solutions. To solve the problem of user’s server room management and to improve the business competitiveness, Lang Chao Group has been always devoting itself to the study on server room testing system.The project was based on the group demand, employed the technology of IOT(Internet of Things), embedding and software development to construct a remote monitoring and security warning platform based on IOT for server room.The main work is as following:1. Designed and implemented server room management subsystem. Achieve the functions of running management, controlling management, room information and equipment information management on server room equipment. It also realized the function of security management on the room users and comprehensive monitoring on the room.2. Design and implement server monitoring subsystem. It can realize the managements on the working mode of servers’ software and hardware, the platform monitoring warning, the servers’ operational parameters and the servers’ operation. It realized real-time and effective monitoring and controlling.It also secured the safety and stableness during the running of servers.3. Designed and implemented data management subsystem. It realized the functions of comprehensive inquiry, collection and report. It achieved customization functions on the structures of inquiry, collection and report. It completed the output and input management on server data and ensured the safety of data.4. Conducted an overall testing on the platform. Made use of unit testing, integration testing and system testing to conduct a testing on the functions and performances of the platform. The testing results showed that the platform had a comprehensive functions and stable performance.The development and application of the platform improved the monitoring and safety warning ability of Lang Chao Group server room, showed the group’s advantages in server field. The platform has been put in to use in the intra-group and some users. It has achieved expected effects and its design goal.
