Abstract/Summary:
With amazing years in development and smart mobile devices of widespread domestic popularity of 4G networks, based on the smart phone operating system for mobile dispatch business has been widespread concern in all areas of society. People in the busy work, the phone can be used in real-time remote video surveillance system to keep abreast of the situation a distal end, and quickly make analysis and processing. While the portable terminal combined with the latest image processing and communications technology, will be transmitted through the network of video information to a mobile terminal, for the realization of the people at all times to monitor traffic conditions, household and other information to provide inexpensive and efficient and feasible solutions.This article is designed and implemented a system based on Android client terminal software for audio and video, the client completed a major review and receive real-time video features real-time voice communications.This paper describes the first time the need to use the software development of various technologies, including the interaction between the G.711 speech coding technology, H.264 video decoding technology, streaming media technology, mobile client and server required SIP protocol. Secondly, according to the needs of the realization of the design is sent over the RTP media stream data receiving and parsing the received single packet and fragmented packet,according to the sequence number and timestamp sort it, and then the complete ordering data extraction, decoding H.264 video data, and then use the Android system brought SurfaceView video classes to implement video playback with the show. In voice communications, brought byAndroid system acquisition module, using G.711 audio coding process of data collection,complete RTP encapsulated audio encoded data according to RFC3984 protocol for data transmission, at the receiving end through the Android system multimedia provides playback voice data.Finally, this article audio and video monitoring software clients a comprehensive test, the test results show which audio and video monitoring client software to normal operation, and performance is also good, it has been envisaged to achieve the desired effect, in monitoring terminal software development has some important reference.
