From ancient times, agricultural science and technology has been the first impetus for agricultural development, and the development of agricultural science and technology symbolizes the progress of human civilization and the advance of agricultural productivity. With the emergence and development of Internet and the Internet of Things, the concept of information gradually penetrates into rural service mode for science and technology. The establishment of agricultural information management platform would realize intelligent and remote management of agriculture, which is the only way for the development of agricultural science and technology.Greenhouse is an important part of modern agriculture, then this topic is mainly to study intelligent implementation and integration of information for multiple greenhouse bases. On the basis of fully studying relevant theoretical knowledge and summarizing predecessors’research results, aiming for "platform upward, service downward, resource sharing", setting Internet, the Internet of Things and "3S" technology as a whole, the intelligent greenhouse management system based on jQuery frame is designed and implemented. Users can access the management terminal through web, query greenhouse environment data, video, and the status of control mechanism.Firstly, this paper expounds the research background and significance of the subject, summarizes the development status and trend of greenhouse controlling and management at home and abroad. Secondly, research contents and technology routes of the subject are summarized. At the same time, the paper analyzes and introduces related technology about system development. The system based on the concept of database model and relation model designs detailedly the structure through the analysis and modeling requirements, and finally discusses the realization of the core functions of the system. The system is based on wireless sensor network and PLC control system, using Socket communication technology, computer network technology, Web technology and remote control technology. Through ASP.NET platform and SQL Server database management platform, intelligent greenhouse control system based on jQuery framework is developed by C# language, SQL language and JavaScript scripting language.Intelligent greenhouse management system based on j Query frame does not only pass environmental information sensors collect to the web server that storages and displays data through socket communication, but also to the remote server through Internet. The remote server is applied to store data, provides data interface for client at the front desk, and realizes data interacting with users by j Query, thus which reduces the pressure from the remote server. At the same time, as a simple, fast and flexible JavaScript frame, j Query can not only realize simple interaction handing events and special effects from the Web page, but also add the Ajax interaction to the Web page. Specific forms of this system are completed through jqplot which is the jQuery plugin, realizing the fast browsing with no refreshment and improving users’ experience.This system has been used in the Research Institute of new rural development of Nanjing Agricultural University, managing Jiangsu Agricultural Exhibition Park and Changshu Modern Agricultural Industrial Park. The system is proved to be stable, safe, efficient and operated uninterruptedly through effective software and administrator application test. And the system realizes the informatization and intelligent of greenhouse production.
