System using three-tier browser/client(B/S) architecture, the system at the front desk mainly using PHP as a development language, the background using MySQL as database management system, using the Apache server engine.This system has been put into operation in production plant, the running effect is good, has reached the design target. For crude oil can be achieved through system just data real-time, effective regulatory control, reduce the effect of uncertain factors, so that the scientific management, modernization, and greatly improve the efficiency of management and operation.
