| The most important component of any enterprise is human, the comprehensive management of people is the basis for the stable development of enterprises, and the personnel information is the important reference for the decision-making of enterprises, therefore, for the modern enterprises, the importance of personnel management is no less than the importance of core business management of them absolutely. For NaMing Company, with the continuous development in recent years, the scale and business scope of it have expanded gradually and the number of employees has increased rapidly. In these circumstances, the personnel management with manual management mode has exposed many disadvantages, such as the heavy workload for the search, maintenance and statistics of personnel information, the high error ratio, the poor privacy of personal information, the severe waste of resources because of the massive paper documents and so on. Accordingly, abandoning the current personnel management mode that has the high cost and the low efficiency as soon as possible, switching to the information system with the low cost and the high efficiency, has become an urgent and important task of the personnel management of NaMing.Based on the actual requirements of the personnel management of NaMing company, through analysing comprehensively the factors related to the current personnel management mode of NaMing company, including the business process, business characteristics and various problems, this dissertation accomplishes the design and implementation of the personnel management system of NaMing company by applying professional software engineering analysis technology, design technology and implementation technology. The chief contents of this dissertation are as follows:1. The research of the informatization solution to the personnel management of NaMing. This dissertation makes investigation and research on the current business contents, work processes, operation requirements of the personnel management of NaMing, it also makes research on the mainstream personnel management systems at domestic and abroad, and it strives to seek the informatization solution from the perspectives of management system engineering and information technology.2. The research of standardization of the personnel management of NaMing. This dissertation makes investigation on kinds of nonstandard phenomena of the personnel management of NaMing, such as the lack of attendance management, the nonstandard salary management and so on. For these problems, this dissertation strives to regulate these management processes furthest through applying the system rule configurations, and it tries to promote the specialization and standardization of the personnel management of NaMing.3. The research of the implementation architecture and technology route. Through the study of software engineering theory and technology, taking the requirements of this sytem as the fundamental basis, this dissertation studies and determines the implementation architecture and technology route of this system. Taking B/S as the development mode, taking the object-oriented programming language C# that is under the.NET Framework as the programming language, this dissertation applies ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2008 database to realize this personnel management system of NaMing Company. |
