With the rapid development of the Internet, there is a growing threat not only to traditional industry,but also to telecom operators. At present, telecom operators have obvious short board in the ability to handle affairs, in order to improve the efficiency of transaction processing. Therefore, this paper which focuses on information management system of telecom is of great significance. Telecom affairs are intricate and complex,and sorting out informatization of business is the indispensible part for management of telecom enterprises. This paper makes a deep research on it and we develop system by means of modularization of J2 EE.J2EE is an important development platform for the development of application system with components. In J2 EE, a layered SSH framework is used to construct the project. The SSH framework provides a set of scalable, customizable, cross platform, excellent decoupling structure. SSH architecture for distributed application system based on component Model design, developed a simple specification, can quickly and effectively through a set of standard components of the API to build enterprise level projects.Firstly, this paper analyzes and builds the model of the research and analysis of the development of the telecom transaction management system, and use the common UML modeling language. The information elements involved in the management system are analyzed, and the function model of the telecommunication management system is constructed.Secondly, we design and implement the development of telecommunication management system using J2 EE technology, and the system structure of the relationship of the telecom business, and the framework of B/S Three layer structure design.Finally, the overall development of the system is completed, the system can meet many people at the same time, and can respond to the request of more than 80, the system stability is extremely high, the fault interval is more than 300 days, fully able to meet the daily processing of telecommunications services.
