Design And Realization Of Oil And Gas Inspector Data Acquisition System Based On Android Platform

Currently,the society has been transiting to the mobile era,mineral oil and gas are the national important energy assets. Therefore, the mobile information construction in oil and gas mineral supervision work is very important. Android has the characteristics of stability,openness,easy to operate,data acquisition software based on Android has advantages of low cost, convenient and easy to maintain.The construction of this system is based on the Android mobile device.According to the openness and convenient operation of Android,developed easy maintenance,low cost of data acquisition system based on Android mobile device here. However,the traditional method of oil and gas supervision work usually record with simple pen and paper,this method low efficiency,data source dispersion,complex operation process,difficulties of data management and so on. This system solved the problems above, this paper mainly has four goals: data accurate,data standard,data security,convenient analysis.This article mainly has five aspects of work and results.(1)Organized the data involved in the regulation and supervision work of oil and gas.It provides various types of query functions,such as oil and gas blocks, inspectorate,supervision task,inspector, etc.. To facilitate the relevant staff to sort out the data.(2)Studied the characteristics of the Android system combining with the supervision work of oil and gas flow,develop oil and gas supervision data acquisition system based on Android devices,it formed the process from acquisition to data warehousing.It avoid multiple data operation,reduce the error,improve data accuracy.(3) Made standard of supervision data collection of oil and gas. Collection of data is carried out in accordance with the unified format to fill out in the process of oil and gas mining regulation and supervision. Avoid frequently data conversion caused by non-standard format and data sorting.(4) Studied 3 kind of encryption algorithms and the security of network transmission,the supervision data acquisition in the process of text,images,audio and other forms of data are encrypted,to ensure data security.(5) Developed a fast statistical analysis function,inspectors can check supervision tasks completed progress,at the same time,the supervision data can be used to display on the mobile device and statistical analysis.Rapid analysis the supervision result of one block,a quick summary feedback for leadership decision-making provide a good way.
