| Data collection techniques which based on Wireless Sensor Networks isan emerging data collection technology.And it has the advantages of simplicity of nodes disposal, high flexibility and low-cost,which made the traditional wired data collection have been gradually replaced.Through performance comparison of commonly used short-range wireless communication technology,Zig Bee technology can meet the development requirements of Wireless Sensor Networks,due to the Zig Bee technology has the advantages of low-power and low-cost consumption,strong network performance and small size. Zig Bee technology is selected in this paper.Integrated the Zig Bee technology and data acquisition technology into device,will be combined with data acquisition technology, the data acquisition system based on wireless transmission is designed and implemented.There are some problem for LEACH routing algorithms,such as the residual energy of the nodes,communication paths between cluster heads and the base station and so on.An Improved routing algorithm is presented in this paper.In the process of cluster heads election,the Improved routing algorithm firstly consider the residual energy of the nodes,in order to ruduce possibility of the low-energy nodes becoming the cluster heads. And the cluster head use the way of multi-hop communication in the time of data transmission,reducing energy consumption of the cluster head which far away from the base station.The whole system is divided into two parts:data collection terminals and data aggregation node. hardware structure based on low-power consumption MCU STM32F103VBT6 and RF chip CC2530. Among them, the ultra-low power microprocessor STM32F103VBT6 has a rich set of peripherals.It can be extended sensors and achieve multi-channel data acquisition,so digital and analog sensor interfaces are designed for different kinds of sensors. RF module use CC2530 chip to transmit and receive data. Battery power supply mode in the system, and the mode is divided into analog and digital power supply, improving the reliability of data acquisition.Software of the data acquisition system is designed in the IAR Embedded Workbench integrated development environment, including data collection for analog and digital signals, the RF transceiver, USB serial communication and SPI communications.Finally, the system has been tested and verified. The RF transmitter performance,node point transmission capability and the working life of the data acquisition node are tested. The results prove that the scheme of data acquisition system designed is feasible,and it has advantage of easy to build and low power consumption. |
