| With the rapid development of the enterprise, the enterprise internal information management system is also set up to increase. And the IT equipment of enterprise operational management has become one of the key issues of security and stability of the protection of the enterprise’s internal management system. But from the situation of the internal IT equipment operational management system in the enterprise, due to the lack of systematic planning and coordination mechanism, making the enterprise’s internal IT equipment operational management efficiency and relatively underground. It’s difficult to guarantee the stable operation of the IT system. IT operation and maintenance management is one of the hottest topics in the IT sector at times, with the deepening of IT development and improvement of computer hardware and software to run the system maintenance has become all walks of life unit leaders and information services of common concern and bear the burden of the problem. Since this is a new subject with the deepening of the application of information technology to produce, and therefore how effective IT operation and maintenance management, this knowledge accumulation in this area, will it has a broad development prospects and great practical significance.Expect using ITIL to ferret out the basic framework for user’s specific functional requirements of enterprise operation and maintenance management system for a targeted analysis and design. In the time of this system design, combined with the system function module design process envisioned, the first thing is design logical framework and topology for the system. Secondly, the use of the logical framework analysis the focus on understanding its function modules for layout, design a service desk management, event management, change management, problem management and configuration management modules. On the other hand, the use of E-R diagram showing the relationship between the various entities, meanwhile design the structure of database system’s layout.In the time of this system implementation, in order to standardize the processes of IT operation and maintenance services and ensure internal system security and stability, combined with the above have been developed analysis and design results. Using ASP.NET and SQL 2008 database technology functional modules of the system were realized. In this paper, through the application of the system, we are hoping to improve service quality and efficiency of enterprise IT equipment operation and maintenance management, quickly to resolve user’s declaration issues. |
