With mobile ad hoc networks (mobile ad hoc network, MANET) technology developing quickly, its applications involved almost the all aspects of life, such as search and rescue, battlefield automation and tactical application and disaster reconstruction, mobile office, virtual classroom and, especially in emergency medical assistance in terms of application. Due to the mobility, portability and fast network characteristics of the nodes in the network, the network can be solved in the aspects of emergency medical assistance. However, due to the security and energy of nodes in the network, this paper proposes a routing protocol based on node trust and energy. In this paper, the following research work is carried out:Firstly, a routing protocol based on node trust and energy is proposed which is named TEAODV. In the network environment, due to the limited energy of nodes, nodes are selfish to other nodes to transmit data and consume their own energy and so on. In order to solve the problems, we will trust degree of nodes and energy considering routing protocol. It not only can guarantee the security of data transmission in the network, also can reduce the network energy loss, and prolong survival time of the network.Secondly, aiming at the characteristics of the mobile Ad Hoc networks, it is applied in the emergency of the medical communication system. Due to emergency medical communication of patient related information and data accuracy requirements are relatively high, and the running time of network has certain requirements. Therefore, this paper to solve these problems, at first, we introduced the nodes trust degree of which node belongs to, makes the nodes in the data forwarding priority trust to a high degree of data forwarding, so as to improve the security of the data; then the node energy is introduced into the routing protocol, so under the same situation, nodes preferred minimum energy consumption path for data forwarding, so as to improve the network survival cycle. This can not only ensure emergency medical communication data security, but also to achieve patients in hospital information timely and accurately transmitted to the data center, easy to grasp of the emergency medical personnel of patient related information.Finally, through simulation experiments, it is proved that the proposed routing algorithm is efficient and feasible in emergency medical communication system. Experimental results show that the emergency medical communication system, layout of nodes in the network in real-time, can realize the data accurate forwarding, prolonging the running time of the whole network, doctors can according to the network to receive the information security of patients to make real-time guidance, so that patients receive timely treatment.
