With the development of the economy, internet application is more and more increasing. It has been great influence to our Chinese information industry. If we call the society we are living in “the world of physical”, and the society of internet “the world of information”. The thing which connect the physical and information is“Internet of Thing”(IoT). With the popularity of smartphone and PDA,crowdsourcing and Io T are combined together become a new aware mode which is focusing on humans, called Mobile Crowd Sensing(MCS).From the point of Social Network, it need a huge number of data to study, and MCS is a high-efficient way to get data. From the point of MCS, because of the feature of focusing on humans, MCS itself is sociality. For these reasons, the research result of the Social Network has been a lot value for MCS. Based on the above reasons, the paper combined Social Network and Mobile Crowd Sensing, purpose a MCS based on the Social Network. At the present stage for the study of MCS are the following points: the front end data processing of MCS; data-collection of MCS; data processing of MCS; incentive mechanism for MCS. The paper has do some study about MCS based on Social Network. Made a discussion with the structure of MCS, and made 3 successful examples witch MCS are applied. To improve incentive mechanism for MCS, we propose 2 incentive mechanism modes. “Zero-interval time incentive mechanism mode” and “general-interval time incentive mechanism mode”. The paper compared this two mode. At the last of the paper, we make an expectation of Mobile Crowd Sensing base on Socila Network.
