At present, all countries in the world attach great importance to the military robots and their stealth camouflage technology research. It not only represents the national defense strength, but also represents the status of the national development. In the battlefield environment, random variation is very big, These is increasingly demanding on the requirements of scouts. Risk degree is becoming more and more high, so the use of false target to false in true to assist to scouts who completing the task and safety evacuation has become an urgent work. Based on this background, a novel type of robot-field camouflage robot which is designed form Schatz institutions of robot is researched in this topic.Firstly, the travel of novel mechanism was studied. The operation principle of institutions of battlefield disguise robot is analyzed, and the walking of Battlefield robot is planned by exploring the characteristics of the low profile prostrate walking of the scouts, battlefield disguise robot control scheme was proposed, which laid a foundation for the motion control of robot.Secondly, based on field camouflage robot, this paper proposes a simulated firing configuration scheme. The simulated firing mechanism of innovation design, including automatic feed mechanism, drive mechanism and firing mechanism, and carries on the simulation of shooting mechanism. At the same time the institutions were carried on the simulation and processed; The simulation of the real effect of bullet shooting bullets which improved the disguise the reliability of the robot is designed by according to the requirement of the topic.Thirdly, the wireless remote control and vehicle control unit of battlefield disguise robot which mainly including the robot’s remote control module, drive module, shooting marching driving module and system control module are designed. In order to verify the effectiveness of working of the system, the various modules of the system were debugged, the walking and shooting control of robot was carried out.Finally, the walking and shooting control of robot was carried out in real space, the ideal camouflage operation scheme of the field camouflage robot is obtained by the test date.
