Once equipment fails, it will seriously affect the production efficiency, and bring huge losses to the enterprise. For modern production equipment, because of the structure is relatively closed, fault diagnosis and maintenance will be subject to manpower, technical and location.so it is difficult to guarantee the stable operation and timely maintenance of the equipment. In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional diagnosis methods, the establishment of the remote device control and diagnosis system has become a hot issue in research of modern industrial manufacture.The paper originates in the development project of SIEMENS China Research Institute, its content is to design and implement remote diagnosis and control system based on mobile Web. The system can adapt to the current mainstream mobile terminal, to meet the needs of the cross-platform system, and can realize the remote diagnosis and control of servo drive. According to the requirements of the project, the system uses B/S structure design, and the application of MVC framework based on the Django framework to complete the development. The author as the main participants of the project, involved in the design of system architecture, realized the system background server, finished the design and implementation of the system information management module and driver management module. And the author connected the system to the driver diagnostic program, completed the design and implementation of the diagnostic center module. The author also adapted and optimized the system for mobile device based on the mobile Web technology, and realized the reactive system interface.The paper according to the software engineering design specifications, control of the remote diagnosis and control system needs analysis, overall design, detailed design, implementation and system testing. In this paper, first of all, according to the company’s current situation and requirement of the Servo drive system, combined with current development situation of the remote diagnostic and control system at home and abroad, detailed discusses the related technologies of the system involved. And then carry on demand analysis of the remote diagnostic and control system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and elaborated the function of each module in details, then it further describe the system architecture design and the database design. The next step is by means of the class diagram, flow diagram and sequence diagram to explain the system various modules of the detailed design and implementation process. Finally, do the functional testing of the system to ensure that all functions of the system can be stable operation.The system has a good cross-platform, it can reduce the cost of the company control and detection of the equipments. At the same time, the system can improve the level of information management of the company for the equipment, improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and repair, reduce equipment downtime, increase the company’s revenue of production; and has a very positive effect of the company’s long-term development. |
