As we all know, with the application of computer network technology and multimedia technology, the whole world is in the Internet Age, the education industry is no exception. Currently a new type of education and training industry of MOOC mode adopted by inland is growing vigorously, such as Tencent Classroom, IMOOC, Love Course and so on. Each of them has its own characteristics. With a new gesture presented to us, they get everyone’s love and attention deeply. And as an important carrier of national culture and soft power output, higher education are in urgent need of exploring the organic assimilation of The Internet Age and traditional higher education. Besides the traditional classroom teaching and the video playback of network top-quality course, higher education still need to actively explore teaching mode based on the pattern of MOOC.This thesis discusses the software system, which is implemented by J2EE solutions based on MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern, Java programming language, MySQL database and Eclipse Development Tools are used in the programming design. The front-end interface design applies FCKeditor editor and the jQuery framework, and then it is exposed to the client by JSP pages; the back-end server-side integration framework Struts+Spring+Hibernate is applied in the design and development of back-end server-side.MOOC mode is a kind of learning way in which students actively participate and set the pace of personalized learning under environment of rich media and rich resources. Through the detailed design, This system implements learning platform which is in accordance with MOOC teaching mode function and has function of the collection of online learning, interactive communication, on-line homework, course release, news announcement and so on. System roles are divided into four types including visitors, student members, teachers and administrators. According to interest and needs from learners and centering on the student members, study desire of knowledge acquisition is transformed into learning behavior of absorbing and assimilating knowledge, customize personalized learning plan as required, spontaneously organize study circle, start learning anytime and anywhere. Visitors can only browse and register system, administrators and teachers help students with their study and form sharing and cooperative learning network.
