Design And Implementation Of Electronic Health Records Management System Based On J2EE

Computer technology and Internet are used in the medical field, opening the era of big data in this part. In order to reduce the difficulty of the extract valuable medical information of the continuously produced huge amounts of data, it is necessary to establish the standard health records system. Integrating the scattered cases in different institutions into complete information as a whole, each person can control and check personal health information. The system is the precondition of providing standardized data sources and sharing information, and lays the foundation for data mining in future.Electronic health records system based on J2EE technology is designed and implemented.1. The electronic health records system uses Spring as the main body framework, and integrates Spring MVC and other open source components.2. System interface is designed using HTML+CSS+JS+LigerUI technology.3. The MyBatis and Hibernate technology is used to complete the processing of data persistence layer, to achieve the low coupling of the control layer, the business logic layer and the data layer. Enhance the maintainability of the code.4. Oracle11g database is designed by using PowerDesigner15.1.The system consists of six functional modules, as follows:system maintenance and management, personal basic information management, physical examination information management, medical referral management, care management of children and women, chronic disease management module. The design process of system is elaborated by Use Case diagram, Data diagram, Flow diagram, Class diagram and Sequence diagram.Test cases are used to complete the system test, to ensure the normal and stable operation and quality management of system. The system implements the input, print, export and escalation of personal health records. It is convenient for medical and health departments to master the personal medical information records, analysis, and predict health of person.
