Wang Shi’s personal brand stands out in the many individual brands. His brand spreads to the public through several methods, such as radio and television interview, newspapers, journal articles, weibo, publishing books and speeches. His brand content isn’t limited to the enterprise management and the real estate industry, but also spread multi-dimensional personal brand image. When Mr. Wang spread his brand, he was good at integrating media resources, using a variety of transmission method, and changing the crisis management strategies. Mr. Wang is a reference object to learn about. This study collects the data of Wang Shi’s personal brand communicate, intends to find out his ideas and methods.Mr. Wang’s brand content will be divided into enterprise management, the attitude towards life and philosophy for public benefit. By that way to show clearly what is Mr. Wang’s main brand content. Through data analysis, we can find out Mr. Wang’s communicating effect and transmission method, which may favorable factors of become famous. The study of his current situation of transmission and propagation effect is based on analysis of the pros and cons of each transmission form. And the study can provide reference for the other personal brand. Otherwise, Wang Shi’s personal brand has experienced many times of crisis. Some crises were caused by his different options, some crises were caused by Vanke, and two crises were caused by his private life. This study will search the cause of the crises, find out how to make sure crisis prevention and crisis management.Analysis of Wang Shi’s personal brand communication will summarize Wang Shi’s personal enlightenment to other main brand communication, promote brand communication awareness, rich brand connotation, optimize their media literacy, hire a professional brand management teams to help them planning brand development. In terms of communication strategy, pay attention to personal brand positioning, cultivation and propagation characteristic of personal brand, establish a personal brand recognition system. At the same time, a good personal brand communication bases on using all kinds of media resources, used to create multi-dimensional personal brand communication system. Any things are not perfect, Wang Shi’s personal brand is unique among enterprises, is worth learning object, but there are also disadvantages, this research also points out its deficiency and improvement opinions.
