With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the competition is heating up. Fast and efficient service is becoming a key method of establishing a good company image and defeating opponents. More and more automotive enterprises are transforming their focus from productions to services. With the development of the market economy, consumers’needs are changing and they tend to make more practical decisions. Now, the thought of maintaining customer satisfaction is getting greater attention in the world of automotive services. The diversifying need of consumers has been encouraging automobile manufacturers and service stations to provide more personalized service to the customers. With the rapid development of the internet, we have made it a habit to submit to the demand for services from the network and get product information from the internet. It is a viable option to establish a customer-centric system to enable customers to get online service, provide customers with personalized information service, develop an innovative service model, strengthen brand influence on customers, ensure customer loyalty and deduce the rate of clients losing.Subjecting to certain drawbacks of the service in the process of automobile usage, considering the present situation of the internet, and combining the automotive factories, service stations and the customers, this essay is trying to build a customer-facing automobile service system which is focused on the consumers. The goal of this service is to provide customers with personalized information active service while further improving service levels automobile enterprises. The body of the essay is divided into the following 4 parts:(1) The first chapter of the essay introduces the importance and present situation of automobile service, analyses the limitations of the current automotive service system and offers solutions to the present problems. On this basis, the essay discusses the new demands of customers, automobile manufacturers’service stations, and lastly it establishes with certainty the overall demand for customer-facing automobile service system.(2) The second chapter discusses the overall solution of the system and describes the application model and framework for the system. The essay covers the completion of the functional design and database design system.(3) Completes the design and implementation of the customer interest model and personalized information services, including the overall frame design and design process.(4) Develops and implements a customer-facing automobile service system. Pushes useful and interesting automobile information to meet the interests of customers and achieve the personalized service to customers. At last, the essay tests the feasibility of the design.
