In the early 1990s, the software architecture is the research focus of software engineering, it is more necessary to emphasize the components of the system due to the complexity of modern software. Research on a wide range of architectural styles has become a key solution to partition a system best, representational state transfer and other hybrid architecture styles profoundly explored several problems of modern software, including how to identify the component application system, communicate between components and information, how can the system elements evolve independently and how to use formal and non-formal symbol to describe all the things mentioned above. It creates a new philosophy to build more simple, efficient, strong scalability, and easy porting software systems or services of the next generation.In this thesis, we emphasize critical theory and method of hybrid architectural styles based system implemented in conjunction with the actual requirement of mobile station survey GIS application, Classification of hierarchy is based on different implementation techniques of several architectural styles, separately research on ORM (Object Relational Mapping) framework, Restful framework, and cross-platform mobile framework Phone Gap, and the research of each section of the body portion follows procedures as theoretical framework, study and polish the existing open source framework, finally implementation system frame work. This thesis presents a framework based on hybrid architecture related to PHP open source project, and implement the system using Web GIS, TPL template, My SQL database technology.Mobile base station survey GIS application system consists of a base station GIS management system and a survey client application. The former is a web application that implements a improved ORM framework with PHP, common Restful and non-Restful system interface, and Web GIS rendering with Baidu map. The latter is a PhoneGap-based client application for Android that implements the local service communication interface and asynchronous interaction with web server.
