| With the acceleration of globalization economic, the competition of the logistics transportation market is becoming increasingly fierce. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of China’s railway transportation industry. In order to occupy a place in the entire logistics market, railway System must strengthen the combination with the modern logistics system. Railway Freight Station is Railway cargo transport network nodes, but also the handling of the freight business window.In addition It is the core of the railway transportation business and the main source of profit. Therefore, the railway freight station to become the logistics center, railway freight enterprises into the modern logistics industry, and enhance the railway transport capacity in the transport market is an effective way. In this paper, the research and design of logistics information system in railway logistics management mode is discussed by comparing the transformation of railway freight station in the business process and management. The function of each module of the system is discussed in detail in this paper. This paper discusses the common system intrusion technology from the point of view of information security protection, and tells the idea of using data encryption, firewall, intrusion detection and other technical means to practice system security. In this paper, the system network architecture is discussed, and the data security interaction between the Internet and the railway is realized by using the network security platform. Using virtualization technology to realize multi point deployment of system, realize system dynamic migration and fast backup and restore, guarantee the continuity of system operation.Using this system can realize the standardization, process management of the logistics center related business, improve the production efficiency and reduce the logistics transportation cost.
