With the rapid development of economy, the consumers’income and consumption level are improved. The process of consumption level’s improvement has created many new business demands, the most obvious one is the customized demand of customers. Customers’ customized demand should be meet by the enterprises’customized production capacity. In order to have the production capacity of customized demand, the production system of enterprise should be upgraded by a higher level requirements of the system layout and control efficiency. According to the new requirements, some enterprises and researchers use the Internet-of-things technology to upgrade the flexibility and responsiveness of production systems. With the production system’s improvment of system’s flexibility, the generation of dynamics is difficult to avoid, and customized demands makes the dynamics performance even more complicated. So enterprises and researchers need to control the production system in the perspective of dynamic system, which makes the output and cost robusted under the disturbance of the dynamic factors. Throughout the existing research on customization production systems, most of the research is lack of quantitative analysis and performance evaluation of the system from the perspective of dynamic systems. This thesis use the theory and method of System Dynamics to simulate the dynamics of IoT-enable customization production system, so that enterprises can meet the customized demands of customers in low cost and high efficiency.Firstly, taking the customized demands as the research object, classifies them into three kinds of customized demand of different attributes. Secondly, taking PL system design method of Michigan University, combines with simulation environment and get six different PL system schemes, simulates the dynamics of customized demand, analysis and research on the impact of customized demand for PL systems’performance. Finally, combining the characteristics of customized demand and PL system, design a variety of IoT solutions, according to the customized production mode, choosing one or more different strategies IoT solutions to analyze and study of the influence of IoT technology on PL system In addition, this thesis sensitive analyzes the performance of the production logistics system based on different degree of customization demand, discuss the robustness of the PL systems and the IoT solutions with the improvement of the degree of customization. Research shows the information control strategy enabled by IoT technology can improve the robustness of customization production systems and reduce production system dynamics caused by customized demands.
