| With the aging phenomenon is becoming more and more serious in China, the nursing care and rehabilitation for elderly people is becoming a hot topic of social concern. The pure physical nursing mode has no longer adapted to the needs of society and family, and intelligent care facilities arises at the historic moment. At present, only a few countries have mastered the high-end technology of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed, the domestic nursing bed mostly low-end products, lack of intelligent control unit, just a modified combination of the mechanical structure. Aiming at the functional limitation of nursing bed and the functional requirement of rehabilitation nursing robot bed, this paper designs a control system of rehabilitation nursing robot bed which taking ARM9/S3C2440 A as the core. The serial and parallel control of start motors of the robot’s bed was realized. Through the design of the interface of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed monitoring system, the real-time online monitoring and control of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed is realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current needs of the elderly and disabled, a theoretical analysis for the function of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed is carried out. At the same time, the overall structure design of the robot bed is introduced denotatively, and last the overall design scheme of the control system is determined according to the functional requirements of the rehabilitation nursing robot.(2)The hardware design of the control system of rehabilitation nursing robot bed which taking ARM9/S3C2440 A as the core is completed. According to the functional requirements of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed, the module design as the main line, and each circuit module is integrated design, and then the circuit principle diagram design of core board and bottom board of the ARM control board is completed, and so does the backplane PCB, the control system hardware volume is effectively reduced. At the same time, according to the control principle of control system, complete the electrical design and hardware configuration of the whole control system.(3)On the basis of the hardware, ADS1.2 software is used as the development environment for the compile of control program of control system of rehabilitation nursing robot bed, completed the design of system software and realized the functions as supporting back, turn over, sit and so on of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed. In the process of software design, the program mainly design using the modular design ideas, completing the system clock program, serial communication program, motor control program, interrupt control module, relay module and so on.(4)Based on C#(VS2010), the system interface is designed. The abutment with lower computer controller, field control and data acquisition is accomplished through the RS232 serial communication, real-time monitoring for rehabilitation nursing robot bed is realized.(5)Finally, the control system of rehabilitation nursing robot bed is debugged, in the process of debugging, it runs stably and reliably, and that proves the feasibility of the designed control system, and it can satisfy the performance requirements of rehabilitation nursing robot bed. |
