As a common solution of network information security, encryption technology has been widely applied in the networked financial business systems. With the rapid development of networked financial business, the scale of its background is being expanded, the number and the kind of its business processing systems are both increased, thus causes the problems such as complex background structure and high processing pressure. On the research of reducing processing pressure and improving reliability of finical business systems, many outstanding solutions have been put forward, however, few of them separate the cipher service which is an essential part of all business processing systems out. An independent cipher service system separates cipher service out, providing interfaces for financial business systems to simplify and unify the method of requesting cipher service, thus reduces the processing pressure of background systems further.Considering the situation that there is less study on independent cipher service, this paper designs and implements a kind of independent cipher service system. The main research work is divided into following several aspects:First of all, the overall demands of cipher service system are analyzed taking all kinds of financial background systems as the server objects, then an independent cipher service system is designed to provide encryption and decryption service, thus shares the processing pressure and improves the reliability of financial business systems.Then, this paper designs and implements an information management platform for the cipher service system to allowed managers make inner data such as the cipher, devices and input systems data management so as to improve the security of the cipher service system.In addition, common used relational databases in financial business are studied, and a middleware, which can shield the different structures of three kinds of relational databases and provides data server by unified interfaces, is designed and implements. By the middleware, the data interaction between the cipher server and the databases is implements in this paper.In the end, the optimization scheme is studied, a data cache scheme and a load balancing scheme are put forward to improve the processing speed and efficiency of the cipher service.Besides, a function and a performance tests respectively for cipher server, management platform and database middleware are done to verify their correct functions and fault-tolerant ability. The test results show that the designed cipher server has expected performance, the information platform has reasonable management methods, and the database middleware can provide database interactions correctly and has relatively strong independence. The whole system realizes providing data cipher service with unified and simple outward interfaces, and having inner information management ability.
