The demands of information resources are increasing speedily along with the rapid development of digital multimedia technologies, and the requirements of the information flow speed are also getting more stringent. Therefore, the construction of a national information dissemination network with a wide range of coverage, high security, high speed of dissemination becomes a major strategic task of our country in the future modernization of basic information service network. As a new Intelligent fusion network and a new two-way development technology platform, the national next generation broadcasting network(NGB)can support a variety of types of triple play business, provide more reliable information services, and support faster information transmission. As an important part of the NGB system, the NGB-wireless(NGB-W), which synthesizes the advantages of the radio and television wireless transmission technology and the wireless broadband communication technology, and takes a full consideration of the characteristics of radio and television services. It is a nationwide transmitting system that includes many different kinds of networks, such as the Wireless Personal Area Network, Local Area Network, and the Wide Area Network. The NGB-W system leverages the concepts of the Physical Frame(PF) and Logical Channel(LC) in the foreign advanced broadcasting and TV transmission standard. Data is transmitted in the form of physical frame in the physical layer and the data from various logical channels are mapped to these physical frames. But if the terminal has only a narrow band tuner to receive the signal, it must be required that the physical frames which are from the same logical channel group or from the same logical channel of the same kind of broadcast must be separated at least in a tuning time interval when they are on different carrier frequencies. Otherwise, the information cannot be received properly. The main work in the dissertation is as follows:(1) A vertex coloring model is constructed for the logical channel assignment problem of the physical frames. The physical frames are modeled as vertices, the logical channel identifiers are modeled as colors, and the vertices will be connected with an edge if they are not satisfied with the requirement of frequency hopping protection.(2) According to the color model, a new vertex coloring algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of logical channel identification in physical layer, and make sure that the PFs of all kinds of broadcasts in the multi carrier frequency hopping transmission system meet the frequency hopping requirements in time.(3) Compare the proposed algorithm with the referenced classical vertex coloring backtracking algorithm, and present the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in the specific implementation of the project.
