In recent years, the technologies of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) have been applying widespreadly in many domains, such as warehousing, logistics, the security and intelligent home system, and also have been coining tremendous benefit to our economy and society. Under the background of military’s information construction, it is very significant to improve the level of the army’s information drills on how RFID working effectively.This thesis firstly introduced the background of the selected topic from the actual needs which are about the army’s organization to train in timing plans, discribed the present research and development of RFID technologies at home and abroad, and then discussed the application of RFID technologies in terms of the soldiers’ physical training and fitness. Combining with the real demands of sectors’ training assessments, this thesis analysed the system’s whole function and described the system’s framework and the target of the overall ability. Then on the bases of these descriptions, this thesis especially described the selection of hardwares(e.g., RFID tags, PDA and card readers) and the corresponding software development. After hardware and software’s implementation of the system and a variety of tests in the actual environment of the author’s working unit, this thesis shows that the author deveploed a portable, easy to use and reliable training aid system, which helps to reduce the soldiers’ training intensity and improve the scientific properties and accuracy, thus effectively improving the training performance of the trainees. Lastly, this thesis analysed the improvement’s direction of the system.
