With the wide application and an increasingly scarce of electric energy,the electric power enterprises will reduce energy consumption, as a strategic objective of its development, and hope to achieve the higher interests of the enterprise. Faced with this situation, County power supply company in need of a theory can work met requirements of power quality calculation methods and software.This article describes the development of the power quality monitoring system background, significance and development status.By comparing the traditional distribution system power flow algorithm, based on the characteristics of today’s distribution network, select the appropriate algorithm for distribution network Automation data, calculated and analysed the power quality.This article are introduced the technology and communication protocols of the power quality monitoring system, including b/s, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server 2012 and mathematical model of power loss distribution network components.Based on situation of Liangshan power supply company to develop a practical and advanced power quality monitoring system. First,by status quo of electric power quality management,organizational structures and business processes is sorted out, a needs analysis is carried out.The power quality monitoring system overall structure was designed,Included master, communication channels, sampling of distribution transformer Terminal, multifunctional electronic watches. Followed,based on C# language and SQL data to develop a practical and advanced power quality monitoring system. The system will be achieved with network operation and maintenance, power quality theoretical calculations, statistical inquiry, Line loss plan targets non-technical losses detect these features.
