| With the advance of economy and in-depth theoretical study of supply chain management, the inventory management which is under supply chain management has become one of the core research contents. Stock in all aspects of the supply chain has various forms, in order to enhance profits of enterprises, we need to be rational and effective in inventory management and control, and use of proper inventory management to maintain stock at a reasonable level.Firstly, this paper has discussed the status quo of third party supply logistics, and then analyzed the status quo of supply logistics warehouse management of the JL automobile factory. And we learned that the JL has multiple manufacturing bases, and collective implemented VMI inventory management strategies, Suppliers can be self-management by enterprise material inventory. However, this mode of supply can not reflect the overall advantages of the manufacturer, and it is difficult for a single supplier to establish the optimal inventory policy in the supply decision-making stage. To solve these problems, this paper proposes warehouse management model for the third-party supply logistics based on JMI (Joint Managed Inventory) to reconstruct the existing warehouse logistics business. As the link and coordinator, the Third-party logistics responsible for coordination of the bases and logistics business, and managing both supply and demand. JMI can balance between rights and responsibilities on the nodes of downstream enterprises in the supply chain to achieve risk-sharing, and effectively avoid the emerge of "bullwhip effect".Secondly, joint management of the manufacturing base for the supply materials, will lead to the expansion of third-party logistics warehouse storage scale, an increase the frequency of in-out stock. To ensure the smooth operation of materials outbound, this paper studied and analyzed the problem of picking route in warehouse management. Use PSO algorithm which blend into the thought of genetic to solve pick and optimization model, and use the crossover and mutation of genetic algorithm to has the ability to mutate so that particle swarm avoid premature phenomenon. Use enterprise existing storage data for experimental verification, apply and package optimization algorithms implemented in C++to the system.Finally, based on the B/S structure with three-tier frames, this paper designs and implement warehouse management system for the third-party supply logistics based on JMI. In order to apply the storage management system, we also need to solve the problem of data integration between this system and existing enterprise information systems. According to the actual deployment of each system, this paper uses web services technology to realize information sharing, to ensure mutual cooperation between supply and production processes. |
