So the company has lots of content projects and content employees. The employees work hard to collection and analysis the information. But in the current working model, the employees can only work in an information filed. This working model is not conducive to the development of staff, and the same work content makes them boring and reduced the enthusiasm for working. So the company decided to change it and build a new work model based on the idea of crowd-sourcing. And Content projects crowdsourcing platform is the import part of the new work model.According to the "crowdsourcing" thought, the paper designs a new work mode. And using the new work model to deal with the content projects. The paper put forward a new solution, and introduction the needs analysis, outline design and detailed design and implementation, and system test. This system is mainly to provide a crowd-sourcing platform of content projects for employees. In this platform, the project manager can create projects, upload tasks, and manage the project information. The contributor or QA staffs can register one project, complete online learning courses, through the examination, pick the task, and then complete the task and get the award. Main functions of system include project creation, task upload, project management, award distribution and calculation, project registration, pick task, and send mail notification and so on. And the system changes information with other two systems in the company. The system includes six modules, user management module, project management module, task management module, award module, system management module and online learning module. The author finishes the design and implementation of the first five function modules.After the launch of the system, the employees can work with their interest, improve their work enthusiasm, and expand the field of knowledge. And it can be more reasonable to the company’s human resource redistribution.
