Wireless sensor network(WSN) is a research hotspot in the field of Internet of things,and the important channel for changing agriculture production mode, promoting the sustainable development of agriculture in China and efficient utilization of rural resources. It important performance indexes for designing field environment monitoring system which based on wireless sensor networks.The technology of wireless sensor network sensor, communication technology, embedded technology combines with the advantages of low power, low cost, flexible structure, etc. WSN is based on data and tasks as the center, aiming at the application of network technology. Therefore, according to the different application conditions and requirements, design a wireless network is practical and reasonable, and the network structure, data management and other aspects of research, optimization.During agricultural productionthe, many factors such as soil humidity, light intensity, temperature and humidity have a great influence to the growth of crops. In traditional agriculture model, people plant crops according to the experience. It is a kind of extensive management. To realize the intelligent management of modern agriculture, it’s necessary to establish a reliable, real-time and long-term monitoring system of agricultural environment. The good applicability, low power consumption, low cost as the goal, to farmland as the application object design a based on WSN agricultural monitoring network, and study the key node deployment, node localization method for wireless networks. Main research contents are as follows:1. Firstly, study on the performance of node deployment of wireless sensor network. According to the characteristics of farmland situation, analysis of the homogeneous network, quadrangle and hexagon deployment coverage, power consumption comparison mode.2. Discuss the localization technology of wireless sensor network node based on RSSI analysis, node RSSI value relationship between nodes and location.3. According to the system application,complete the sensor selection,including atmospheric temperature and humidity and light illumination,and Circuit design. According to the node’s hardware and software design, make a material object; and testing the system from the node data acquisition, network communication, etc.Results show that the system realized the effective monitoring of the temperature and humidity in the scope of monitoring, the function of getting the real-time data, network communication, the host computer display is good. The system has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost, convenient deployment, flexible networking, and so on. Configured with different sensors, it can be applied to storage, station and other occasions which need real time monitoring.
