This paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the micro blog public opinion on the government management:understanding the current situation, strengthening the theoretical research and guiding practice. And for the study of foreign countries and domestic research, this paper makes a comparative study of the similarities and differences, to provide reference for our future research.
