| Nowadays, the network has penetrated into every aspect of people’s lives, everybody’s life is almost inseparable from the network, the network applications are endless. The emergence of social network had a great significance on people’s learning and living. We are networked, at the same time, we also in an era dominated by knowledge, more and more people have realized that knowledge is core of winning the competitive advantage and knowledge innovation is main method to improve and maintain the competitiveness. At present, relying on the knowledge innovation of a single individual, a single organization still cannot escape the fate of being overwhelmed. Knowledge innovation cannot be achieved without the exchange and collaboration between individuals and organizations, which we called knowledge synergy. The Combination between social network and knowledge synergy, not only to make it possible to exchange among the multi point and multi subject without gap, but also effective achieve the integration, sharing and complementary under the collisions of different thoughts, contribute to realizing the effective application of knowledge, and the fast knowledge innovation. Of course, when we apply social networks to conduct knowledge collaboration, it will inevitably be subject to different levels of contextual elements. Contextual elements are mainly about the conditions, background and environment of knowledge activities, which include the external environment factors, and the contextual elements of knowledge subjects. Visible situational factor is an important factor when we study the relationship between social network and knowledge synergy. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the category of contextual elements, and study the relationship between social network, contextual elements and knowledge synergy.Based on the previous scholar’s research of social networking, knowledge synergy and contextual elements, this paper discussed the social network meaning, characteristics and classification; the concept of knowledge collaboration, the constituent elements and processes; contextual elements meaning and its range. On the basis of relevant research, the social network is divided into structural dimension, relational dimension, cognitive dimension; the knowledge synergy in three dimensions of knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition and knowledge innovation. Contextual elements are mainly studied from two aspects:the external situation and the user context. On the basis of this, the research model of social network, knowledge synergy and contextual elements is constructed, which we will make hypothesis verification by the questionnaire and statistical analysis. This paper mainly completed the following six aspects of the work:(1) Based on a large number of related research literature of social network and knowledge collaboration, the concept of knowledge collaboration and contextual elements were defined, lays a foundation for further research.(2) Social network divided into three dimensions:structural dimension, relational dimension, cognitive dimension; based on the process of which divide knowledge synergy into three dimensions:knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition and knowledge innovation; mainly study the relationship among social networking, knowledge synergy along with external context of and user context of contextual elements.(3) Refer to the mature scale, combined with the research purpose of this paper, designing the measurement scale of social network, knowledge synergy and contextual elements. Then build the relationship model about the social networking, knowledge synergy and contextual elements.(4) Take Anhui University graduate, doctoral graduate students as the research object, through a questionnaire survey, to get effective data with SPSS 18.0, the scale has a high reliability and validity after test.(5) Through correlation analysis, regression analysis to prove the hypothesis test, apply AMOS 18.0 to build structural equation model, trying to verify the hypothesis of this paper again by path analysis.(6) Elaborated on the results of the study and summarized, trying to propose suggestion for future research. |
