Research On Pension Institutions Service Scheduling And The Developing Of A Service Management Information System

China is now facing a serious problem of aging society, in 2012, the number of the population aged over 65 has reached 1.2 billion, and proportion of the total population is expected to increase to about 18.2%, thus, the pension problem has become a more and more important issue of our society. In China, institution endowment occupies a supporting position in all form of pension endowment, but many problems exist in the process of nursing service management, such as extensive care management, service quantify missing, service tasks not clear, service standards not clear, and so on.This paper puts forward a method to solve the problem in the process of service management:this method is based on service standardization, takes service scheduling as a primary way. The core idea of the method is to manage the process of all the tasks, and based on the method, we design a service management information system and programed it. The main content of the research are as follows:(1)Using an example of a nursing home to illustrate the problems exist in China’s nursing home, and analyzed the problems to figure out the reason. This paper presents a standardized service-based service scheduling solution, the key technologies include: Internet technology, RFID technology;(2)This paper draws a detailed analysis of the necessity and principle of service scheduling. Firstly, it designs a service BOM structure to suit the needs of the service standards. And then set the management characteristics of pension institutions, put forward the concept of service center, service demand. At last, the algorithm is implemented with these information;(3)Give detail design of the system, use hierarchical model in the technical architecture, and divide it into two parts:the web client, mobile client. Then give detail design of these functions. At last, it gives the design of the structure of the database.(4) According to the design content, use Eagle framework to develop to program the Web system, use Native App to develop a mobile terminal running on Android platform, and implements RFID-based work-done confirm function;The successful implementation of the system in the a nursing home shows that the proposed solution is practical and can be popularized and applied. The pension problem will become a more and more serious problem in the coming decades for our country, and with the continuous improvement of the management, service management in nursing homes will gradually be rigorous and meticulous; family endowment and community endowment will be more important, and these patterns require a higher level of management in the process of service. I believe that the research achievements in this paper could contribute to solving some pension problems in our country.
